Abstract:Eyelidanatomy,includingthicknessmeasurements,wasexaminedinnumerousagegroups.Thethickestpartoftheuppereyelidisjustbelowtheeyebrow(1.±μm),andthethinnestneartheciliarymargin(±49μm).Thethicknessofskinat7mmabovetheeyelasheswas±μm.Theresultsrevealednosignificantdifferencesamongtheagegroups.Fastfibers(87.8±3.7%)occupiedasignificantlylargerportionoftheorbicularisoculimuscle(OOM)thannonfastfibers(12.2±3.7%).ThefrontalismusclepassedthroughandwasinsertedintothebundlesoftheOOMonthesuperiorborderoftheeyebrowatthemiddleandmedialportionsoftheuppereyelid.Laterally,thefrontalismuscleinsertedabout0.5cmbelowthesuperiorborderoftheeyebrow.FastfibersoccupiedasignificantlylargerportionoftheOOMthandidnon-fastfibers.Theoculomotornerveendsthatextendforwardtothedistalthirdofthelevatormuscleareexposedandvulnerabletolocalanestheticsandmaybenumbedduringblepharoplasty.Theorbitalseptumconsistsof2layers.Theouterlayeroflooseconnectivetissuedescendstointerdigitatewiththelevatoraponeurosisanddispersesinferiorly.Theinnerlayerfollowstheouterlayer,thenreflectsandcontinuesposteriorlywiththelevatorsheath.Widthsofthetarsalplateatitslowerborder,mid-height,andupperborderwere21.8±1.8,16.2±1.6,and8.3±1.0mm,respectively.Thewidthsofthelevatoraponeurosiswere32.0±2.2,29.2±3.5,and27.2±3.9mm,respectively.Belowthelevator,the“conjointfascialsheath”(CFS)isattachedtotheconjunctivalfornix.TheCFSwas12.2±2.0mmanteroposteriorlengthand1.1±0.1mmthick.Theshapewasequilateraltrapezoidwithalongerbaseanteriorly.Thesuperiorpalpebralmusclewastrapezoidal.Thelengthsofitssideswere15.58±1.82and22.30±5.25mm,anditsheightwas13.70±2.74mm.Thewidthofthelevatoraponeurosiswasapproximately4mmwiderthanthesuperiorpalpebralmuscle.
摘要：在不同年龄组进行眼睑解剖研究，包括厚度测量。上睑最厚处位于眉下方（1±μm），最薄处在睫缘附近（±49微米）。睫毛上方皮肤厚度是±μm。不同年龄组的眼睑皮肤厚度没有显著差异。眼轮匝肌（OOM）的快纤维显著多于非快纤维（87.8±3.7%vs.12.2±3.7%）。在鼻侧和中央的眉上缘，额肌纤维穿过并插入OOM肌束。在颞侧，额肌在眉上缘下方约0.5cm处插入OOM。OOM的快纤维显著多于非快纤维。动眼神经在上睑提肌向前延伸至远端1/3并终止于此，在眼睑成形术局麻时动眼神经容易受到影响。眶隔由2层构成。外层是疏松结缔组织，向下延伸与提肌腱膜相互嵌合，然后向下分散。内层与外层相伴走行，然后内层反折，与提肌鞘一起向后延伸。睑板宽度在下缘、中部和上缘分别是21.8±1.8、16.2±1.6、8.3±1.0mm。提肌腱膜的宽度分别是32.0±2.2、29.2±3.5、27.2±3.9mm。在提肌下方，“联合筋膜鞘（CFS）”附着于结膜穹窿。CFS前后径长度12.2±2.0mm，厚度1.1±0.1mm。CFS形状是等边梯形，前基底较长。Müller’s肌呈梯形。上方和下方边长分别是15.58±1.82、22.30±5.25mm，高度13.70±2.74mm。提肌腱膜比提肌宽，差值约4mm。
