[摘要]对1例因身材矮小就诊的1型神经纤维瘤病（neurofibromatosis1,NF1）患者的临床特点进行分析，并对该病的发病机制、临床表现、并发症、诊断和鉴别诊断、遗传咨询以及管理等方面进行探讨。
